Gnomes St Patrick’s day shirt

I had a freshman boy in one of my classes who had pharo-esophageal cancer. I have written about him before. His name was Javier. His family was very poor. So he was on MediCal. He had several major surgeries to remove cancerous tissue in his throat. It left him unable to eat normally or speak coherently, and he had a tube that had been inserted into his stomach in order for him to “eat”. He had special liquid formula that he used instead of regular food. It was ordered by his doctor and paid for by MediCal.
